sage mode chakra can't get back why

when Madara Uchiha robbed hashirama's sage mode chakra what he was doing at that time. it was said that nature energy is very much hard to control then why madara didn't change into a toad or something like pain was changed into toad when he grabbed Naruto
OK madara Uchiha was able to stole his sage chakra then why he is regaining it back ......why ?

First of all your question is unclear to me... Second of all, when Madara took Hashirama's sage mode, he stated that it was smaller than what he had originally thought of Sage mode chakra. All sage modes are different...

smh. it was easier for him due to him having hashirama dna, and is a genius. madara is levels above nagato/pain.
