Frogs are amphibian, they are well adopt to environment to an extent since are cold blood lungs animal. However their bones severely lack density and they inherit worm like skin. It's a feat if they don't piss in their pants when they see 6 ribs

That kind of depends on whose susanoo. Like sasukes has enton, and that's disastrous for such a huge creature. Itachi's has the yata mirror and totsuka that can seal it, and Madara's can create shcokwaves that can slice it up. I guess in general terms, it can fight an incomplete susanoo, but complete and above beats it.
