his very small squirtle level water gun isn't going to do much and it'd be easy to dodge for the clam very small precise water which im sure is powerful but it's not going to do well finding the clam considering the small size of it.

Low dif is what It would be. With no Knowledge Tobirama gets Raped! The Clam Shell Is Durable and No form Of pressured Water should be able to Destroy it entirely. Sensing is Useless. Jim Not knowing what is going on kills him off bat. Rapid Fire Water Guns end this once the Mist is up. Joki Boi Obliterates while the Mist is up. Tobirama would Literally be a sitting duck waiting to die since he has no outs.

With his ability to sink into anything that isn't solid. Basically anything water can seep into. With that Ability he could Effectively sneak and escape any would be attack (even though Physical attacks are useless towards him). The Hozuki's are Beast! And lets say there is water on the ground that Tobirama left around... He can instantly pop up where ever the water is and strike! The info I have on him and his clan made the noobs respect him more on this site back in the past.
