@Notorious, Itachi is underrated or rated just fine as of now. Alot of people are actually underrating him now. 2 years ago, it was the exact opposite. But now people try to take him out of the top 10, or say that numerous people can just one-shot him in a fight and he'll lose. He's underrated now.

Because there are quite a few people who can one shot Itachi as of now. Itachi is still overrated IMO

Sasuke is without a doubt the most over-rated character, especially that Hebi Sasuke. I mean had it not been Obito thwarting Deidara's plans or for Suigetsu saving him via that Summoning Jutsu, he'd have been killed right then and there yet I see that fodder being compared to SM Naruto and other high characters smh
