Minato's true chakra nature?

Minato probably does have a wind chakra nature, even if that scan is false. Chakra natures are genetic and passed down through genes (Hiruzen, Asuma, and Konohamaru all use Katon - 3rd raikage and A both use Raiton - the whole Uchiha clan used Katon), so if Naruto has Fuuton, either Kushina or Minato also does.

I'm not sure how true this is considering that brothers Hashirama and Tobirama had (at least slightly) different natures. However, I will rep you for your well articulated theory because it IS plausible for sure.

No, mini-rasenshuriken is still a rasenshuriken, but a smaller version with cutting capability and due to us not having seen enough of it in action, we cannot gauge its destructive power.
