Basic Information
Name: Ultear Milkovich 'Yamanaka'
Nickname: The Witch's Sin, The Time Arc Mage

Appearance: Ultear is a pale-skinned woman with dark purple hair and brown eyes whos outift and hair varies from mission to mission. Permanent features of Ultears being are her long, sensual eyelashes and trademark bright red lipstick as well as a large X-shaped scar on her back, which has been covered over by a tattoo of her clans emblem. Clothing and hair will depend on which outfit she wears, there are three of these and they are as follows.
Outfit One: A tight fitting battle suit. The battle suit is sleeveless and skin-tight, being divided into 3 sections; the main body of the suit and the legs of the suit from the thigh down are both white with black patterning, with the space between them being a deep brown. The entire suit is trimmed with gold patterns, and Ultear sports a matching white headband. On her arms, Ultear wears long black sleeves, with the section from her elbow down bearing chunky, gray wrist-guards. Completing this look is a large white band on her head, her hair hangs loosely down her back with the exception of a messy fringe.
Outfit Two: This outfit (seen to the upper right of this section) consists of little more than a black tabard-like garment that barely covers her body and sports a white cross on it's front. The attire is open on both sides of her body revealing a fair amount of 'side boob'. She also dons long black boots that leave her upper thighs exposed in the same vein as her sides. A large white bow rests upon her head and she wears her hair loose with two long bangs on either side of her face. She will often also sport a long blue cloak whilst wearing this.
Outfit Three: Somewhat of a more formal look, this outfit has Ultear sporting a long dress that leaves little to the imagination anywhere on her body. A large slit works it's way down her front revealing a large amount of her ample cleavage, with an even larger slit down the dresses side allowing freedom for her left leg. The dress is purple in color and sports a large black belt around its waist, the belt with its own small red trim. Knee high, high-heeled boots and full arm sleeves that are not connected to the dress itself complete the look. Ultear also possesses a tiger print version of this same dress. Whilst wearing this attire she usually wears her hair in two long pig-tails that drop off behind her shoulders.
Personality: Ultear is a manipulative, ruthless and ambitious woman. She regards her own mother with cold disdain, classifying her as weak. She is rather calm and considerate when it comes to friends, especially ones whom she is very close with. Ultear has no problem with sacrificing lives to obtain what she wants, even going as far as to control children.
Despite these obvious personality flaws, Ultear is not evil at heart but rather the victim of a terrible childhood and one which taints her heart. With this, she is somewhat able to supress her dark-side around friends and is actually a fairly laid-back and easy person to be around. Although, her sense of humor is a somewhat twisted one, often getting a laugh out of other peoples struggles, not in a cruel way. Such as if someone were to trip, she would find it especially funny. She is also a known tickler, getting amusement from her victims discomfort.
In conclusion, Ultear is a woman who is lovely for allies and the worst thing ever for enemies.

Background Information
History: Born into a small branch of the Yamanaka clan in a small village just outside the gates of Konoha, Ultear's life began as it meant to continue. From the moment she could speak and walk and run, she had people watching her... But not a mother or a father, a stranger, a masked man clinging to the shadows. A man who Ultear sensed but never dared to look toward, she may have never truely seen him, but she knew he was there. Afraid of what the man might do, she kept him a secret from her peers and from her mother who had been single since before Ultear was born... She never met her father, and she assumed she never would.
Merely a few weeks after she had read her first book, she was deemed ready and the man in the darkness struck; his objective had clearly changed. Sneaking into her house one evening he snatched her from her bed during the chilling winters night, a few days after her third birthday. She was taken as the sole representative of her clan to a special training base, its whereabout unknown. She was forced into the elements upon arrival and spent days upon days practicing behind a screen, cameras locked on her. Age 6 and her water skills had advanced beyond what the training centre had seen... and she was creating genjutsu so proficient, she even managed to escape her cell once or twice, locking in genjutsu through chakra proof glass. She had mastered the basic 5 elements by her 7th birthday, and had increased her ninjutsu to the levels of her water use. The training was to create an eidetic memory so that these select few could record the Ninja worlds history as it unfolded. Being of the Yamanaka clan, the pictures she produced were incredible, she could remember tiny details impossible to the other children, even the ones trained to do so, she was even able to introduce peoples thoughts to the picture once taken, a rare blessing for her captors. For the last few days before she was sent out of the facility, she was stationed inside a small room next to an Uchiha boy with red hair... They didn't allow communication however, so she never learned his name. An eyepatch, was the main thing that stuck in her memory, she had always been fascinated by pirates. After finishing her training Ultear was stationed in Iwagakure where, she watched everything unfold, creating mental images so vivid one would consider them enhanced from the human eye. After her time in Iwagakure she traveled all over as the orders from above sent her new coordinates. By age 13 she had been positioned inside four of the five great shinobi nations, the exception... Kirigakure, the village hidden in the mist. She was unaware of the reasoning behind this, but the truth was that no member had ever returned from there, and as such no one was ever sent back.
The days became tiresome and dull. She had never enjoyed working for her captors, but she had never disputed it either, until now. She woke up and caught a glimpse of the sun through the bars on her window, caught the fresh scent of the newly grown spring flowers and had her mind cleared by the freshest of airs. It wasn't too difficult, and she was out. She wandered around, not sure of direction and ate whatever she could find, sometimes people would be kind enough to feed a starving girl, sometimes they would not. She'd find shelter in the evening be it barns, a nice hotel owner, or a parasol in the street. Her time was hard, and it took its toll on her, she became stern and manipulative, but she had too, there was no other way too survive.
This routine went on for years, too many years. Before she found her savior, a beautiful woman, far more cruel and far more manipulative than Ultear could ever dream to be. Liliana. The woman took a strange liking to the girl, seeing herself behind Ultear's strong brown eyes, she felt an overwhelming desire to nurture the clearly lost soul, to raise her and make her wise to the world. And so she did, and it's effects were outstanding, Ultear grew and grew, mentally and physically. She learned new things, be it secret elements or new ways to win, to kill without remorse.
Perhaps the biggest, and most influential change however, was her introduction to the forbidden lands of Kirigakure. Just the sight of it made her smile, she had since learned why she had never been sent into Kiri, and it made her feel safe. She was secured within the walls of the only place in the world they would not come to find her, and she loved it so. She worked hard for the village, proving she was more than just a pretty face and helping the village to grow in her own way. Eventually, she became the villages 'Minister of Peace' and this is where she lies to this day.

Perfume Release: Being taught perfume release during the time she spent with Liliana, Ultear became a proficient user and like any other practitioner of the release developed her own form of the release. Her personal perfume is scented with all the wonderful scents of summer, the newly risen grass and the bright, ripe strawberries. From the fresh calming scent of clear air to the wonderfully aromatic flowers blossomed in the fields. The final product is a perfectly crafted scent with an overlying feeling of calm and happiness.
Coloured Kunai: Instead of merely tagging her kunai for added effects, Ultear likes to paint over them once the bomb (or other tag) is placed. The result is an assortment of different coloured kunai, each with different possibilities. these are as follows:
Red = Paper Bomb Kunai.
Pitch Black = Smoke Bomb Kunai
Yellow = Flash Bomb Kunai
White = String Attached
Perfume Pouch: As well as all her ordinary tools, Ultear carries several small vials of Main Release Perfume with her wherever she goes. (Like a perfume bottle you'd buy in shops)
