Hm, I guess so. Since we know little to nothing from the manga about ANBU Kakashi, apart from the fact that it's Kakashi after killing Rin (so 3T), I think OP wants us to assume his skills from the current anime episodes.

And yes, in the anime, ANBU Kakashi had ninken.

What are these scans supposed to prove?

These scans were supposed to prove that Sasuke was fast enough to pick up Naruto and Sakura to a secure location, while reacting and easily dodging Ultimate Zankuuha, and appear right next to Zaku in near seconds to give him a nice punch to the face. That is what the scans were supposed to prove. I didn't think it would be that difficult to understand.
On the other hand, Kakashi has never shown this level of speed. He speedblitzed or was faster than a few fodder jounin. Big deal. This is the reality that you need to accept.

That CS1 Sasuke is faster than a regular genin?

It was supposed to show that the conditions that were set for Sasuke and what he accomplished + the speed that he has shown far exceeded anything that Kakashi has displayed. It doesn't really matter who he faced. All that matters is what he did.

Yes, a bunch of fodder Jounin (that are probably no stronger than the sound ninja 5) was shocked at a base Kakashi, while a high level Genin was helpless against a CS 2T Sasuke and even showed this speed against a nine tail chakra Naruto. What's your point?? They were still fodder that is probably equivalent to your average everyday chunin rogue ninja. A Sharingan Kakashi is no better than 3T Sasuke with CS. This is the reality that you need to accept.

Kakashi ALSO does have 3T, so he can dodge Chidori just as good.

Kakashi does not have CS and CS2, which grants Sasuke incredible speed and strength. This is the reality that you need to accept.

I'll repeat what I've already said in this thread: Sasuke's arsenal is Chidori, two katons and Lions Barrage. And I'll ask again, which of these is going to handle Kakashi?

He is also more exceptional in Shuriken jutsu, He has CS and CS2 on his side, and he can use Lee's speed like in his match with Gaara.

Also, I'm wondering where did you get this "better defense" part.

Yup, he can glide. To be precise, CS2 duration will allow him for a single glide or two at most. After that he collapses and becomes an even easier target for Kakashi.

The difference is, Raikiri can counter Chidori, but not vice versa. And I see your second statement as nothing more than an assumption.

You can't hit something that is faster than you. This is the reality that you need to accept.

No, I said the CS2 grants him better durability. I never said it was the only thing that could beat him. He doesn't even need CS2 because CS by itself has already shown great speed and strength, something that Kakashi has never shown.
