It's all clear now.

The eye design, the mysterious jutsu, the transferring of cells, the chakra given by Hashirama and the last piece to the puzzle is Sasuke attaining Rinnegan.

Now here is where we start.

>The transferred Chakra was all of Hashirama's remaining chakra which I estimate to be at 80% when the transfer took place.
>The DNA is simply there in order for Sasuke to awaken Rinnegan

So here is what I think... Shinsuusenju is going to transform into the new Juubi.

Sasuke is going to transform it... via his Rinnegan.

The jutsu he gave reacts to madaras SM, i dont think the shinsuusenju would fit in that catagory. Id guess the ability he passed on to sasuke is a binding ability that will hinder or strip madaras SM from him.

And hashirama was prolly at 80% when he was FIRST summoned, having those black rods in his back stopping his chakra from being knead definitly made him significantly weaker. I dont think sasuke recieved a large amount of chakra from hashirama...

edo's low on chakra is still a crazy idea to me being that they have unlimited chakra smh

They dont have unlimited chakra their chakra just regenerates indefinitly. And hashirama had the black rods in his pressure points, causing him to be unable to produce anymore chakra. Hope that clears that up.
