Hashirama wrecks Madara almost every single fight they had. Only a modified Madara beat a Hashirama who wasn't even at full power. We saw what Madara did to Sasuke in one panel. Hashirama would do the same. Maybe after more power ups and borrowed powers like Madara, then he could stand a chance.

lol Amaterasu has never once in the series defeated anyone and Hashirama has shown to have godlike reflexes, enough so that he substituted from Juubi Obito's attack when Tobirama didn't.

Hashirama's jutsu are overall on a much grander and more powerful scale than Sasuke's. Amaterasu doesn't burn instantly either, so saying Shisuusenju cannot touch Sasuke's Susanoo covered in enton is incorrect since it can, and Hashirama can just create a new one or cut off the arms that have touched the flame.


Also the Shisuusenju can produce all 5 nature chakra's. Sasuke doesn't stand a chance and is no where to be compared to Hashirama's level. At least not as of yet.
