This thread is for people who think Sasuke never trains. There is a common misconception that Sasuke never trained and got all of his powers instantly without doing any work. They do this to degrade his character.

The truth is that Sasuke has spent almost his whole life training. According to the databooks his hobby is training (and taking walks).

What some people fail to comprehend is that Kishi will devote manga pages to Naruto's training, but he's not going to spend chapters on Sasuke training because it isn't as important to the plot.

I agree 100%. Most people on this site have reading comprehension problems.

It's actually quite the opposite. If I'm not mistaken, training is one of Sasuke's favorite past times. It was even put in the databook, and I remember seeing that in the "Character Trivia" of the Narutowiki. People only say Sasuke doesn't train out of spite for his character for some reason. The only power he was given was his Eien No Mangekyou. Everything else he trained for.​

That's because in the begining of part two he left Orochimaru for his quest for revenge.

I agree sasuke trains himself quite alot. I believe those people who say sasuke doesn't train for his powers are talking about his MS and later EMS powers. But those powers are kekkie genkai that develop with constant use of the eye. Then there are those who just dislike the character which is why they believe he doesn't train.

OT though I'm pretty sure Sasuke trained pretty hard, it just came naturally to him cause of the Sharingan so it wasn't really necessary to constantly show him training because everyone could simply believe it if he accomplished something, but with Naruto if he just suddenly appeared with new techniques everyone would be confused as hell so it was required to see him train for it.

Guess u could say narutos power always been strong bc of the kyuubi... but only someone ignorant would say that sasuke trained alot trained when he was little and before the time skip, during the time skip and after the time skip hes been working hard his whole life you're just bias.

I think its mostly because Sasuke perfects things in a short amount of time while Naruto fails 100x's before he gets it right.

eh i think people are mainly arguing the present sasuke, the sasuke after he fought itachi. he traded curse mark for MS power which he obtained from killing itachi okay, and EMS was given to him to prevent him from going blind, if he wasnt given EMS there would be nothing of his character anymore so thats where the argument gets collapsed on sasuke haters, but him getting sage mode from jugo is iffy. If he has time to train and learn sage mode after the war id respect that, but I would not want sage mode and senju dna both given to him like that. sure senju dna is use to keep sasuke alive and hed be dead without it but at that point you might as well think sasuke getting stabbed was a blessing. in a way giving sasuke senju dna the way he was given it was the same as him getting itachi's eyes, sasuke would be dead and legit needed it its not like he just asked for it. but what i do not like is now the possibility of sage mode, the sages body life force, both paths inside of one body(uchiha and senju in sasukes body), the rinnegan power up, AND having senju dna entitles him to some form of wood style. thats just too much. i understand giving sasuke EMS and Senju DNA to keep him alive and keep him from being blind. but really? he is gonna get the rinnegan and wood style, two of the most OP powers in naruto and all it did was take sasuke to get stabbed. if i were kishi i would give him senju dna without rinnegan, it wouldve been more respectable to give him totsuka and yata. sasuke is about to be the most OP character after the war and will be comparable to naruto purely because of his rinnegan wood style, and potentially given sage mode. edit: well if its the curse mark again ill respect it cause sasuke has trained in using it, but it depletes the purpose of him having losing the curse mark
