Did Sasuke actually 'change'?

Seems to me we're getting a pretty clear implication from Kishimoto that Sauce still has some hidden agenda. I still don't think Hashi's history lesson swayed him this much. Plus he wants to kill the TBs and he said "Not you, it will be me" to Obito.

Is it hoping for too much that we'll get an honest Naruto v Sasuke fight? Kishi also seems to be throwing some smoke at us on the angle that most of the K11 still don't trust Sauce

Sasuke want to erase bijuu to change system. And Naruto wants to save them so it is obivous that Final battle between them will take place due to this issue . That's my thoughts.

Well he wants to change the broken system that has been broken for so long. Something needs to change.

I don't think he has changed the way Naruto wants either. The K11 might be accepting his help for the moment but I don't think they are ready to hand him the keys to the kingdom by supporting him for Hokage. They trust Naruto and not Sasuke. Unless he wakes up from this near death experience with a new attitude they will not trust him.

If he means to impose his will and kill the tailed beasts when the chance arises, everyone will see him as another Uchiha trying to impose his will on others. Until he realizes that he is going to have to give trust in order to get it and that he is going to work with them to change things, he will not be accepted. He has pretty much had a my way or the highway attitude since he decided he would not be manipulated any longer. That attitude won't be tolerated by the other Hokage or the rest of the SA.

The only thing that might change his attitude in that case would be fighting with Naruto and realizing that they will not be able to kill each other or beat each other. That working together to change the village will be the only option. He will have to accept the fact that there might be consequences for his actions while he was a missing nin. While many of the hokage by now realize that things must change after the war and that they were all manipulated by Madara and Obito, Sasuke will have to humble himself to them if he is going to be widely accepted.
