As you know, last week, on March 4th new volumes of almost all leading WSJ manga officially hit Japanese retailers.
Here's the sales ranking of the top 5 manga from the first week of publishing!

Sabo volume, or not, it's pretty normal for One Piece to be leading the sales rankings with a huge amount of sales compared to others!
On the other hand, I'm happy to see Naruto ending up with the second place, beating other top rated mangas!

I posted yesterday, It contains the rankings from reader surveys posted in the last issue. It has nothing to do with sales.

I know, the usual sales number for almost every OP volume for the past 3+ years is 3.5m copies sold

Nevertheless this IS just the first week

And yes I agree, I'm glad Naruto is 2nd

Japanese really like pirates since its something they not know or rather a practice that is from out of Japan. But with Naruto I'm pretty sure they are fed up with ninja animes

Wow. This is insane: I am a Hero's vol 14 ranked 15th. Never thought a story of such nature could sell so well! Impressive!
