I thought it would be interesting to see what people would argue.
Don't just post Sasuke or Naruto. Make sure to put your reason why you think they would win.
Remember Naruto still has uzumaki chakra levels and Sasuke has CM2 and can summon manda with complete control over him since Naruto has sage mode and all of those summons.
Don't forget Sasuke still has fire jutsus and Chidori and he also has moves like Oral Rebirth from the fight he had with Itachi.

Sasuke has CM2 but I think SM Naruto takes it. His reaction time and taijutsu skill + Frog Katas should be enough.

Sennin Modo is too much especially for the restrictions put on Sasuke. Full control of Manda is quite an ability, but a stray Rasenshuriken aimed at Manda will easily handle Manda who is a big target in of itself. Sasuke won't be able to engage in CQC or he gets absolutely annihilated. No Sharingan means he doesn't have any Genjutsu to rely on. And all of his Ninjutsu is effortlessly dodged by Sennin Modo Naruto who's sensing is right at the top of the manga in terms of feats. It's literally impossible for Sasuke to win in this scenario. This is a low difficulty scenario in Naruto's favor.​

Uchiha = Eyes Uzumaki = Body you're taking away something unfair by allowing Naruto use of Sage Mode aka Body so it's unfair. Kyuubi and the Cursemark are more related

Sasuke wins if Naruto starts in base. The opposite is true if Naruto starts in Sennin Mode.

Katsuura pretty much ended this thread but I'll add on. Without his sharingan, Sasuke specializes in close ranged attacks. The only long ranged ones he has are katons, shurikens/kunais and Kirin.

In close quarters, Naruto's Chou Oodama rasengan will overpower anything in Sasuke's arsenal considering Naruto's regular rasengen already cancelled out chidori. Katons are dispelled via rasengan's rotational properties just like Naruto already did when the two clashed against each other on the rooftop. Projectiles are easily dodged or smashed away with rasengan.

The only tangible threat towards Naruto is Kirin but Sasuke will take too long to prep Kirin without Itachi's amaterasu which burn continuously unlike katons which get put out in a small amount of time. Not to mention Naruto can easily interrupt Sasuke while he is prepping Kirin.

Other perks Naruto has over Sasuke are sensory abilities, far greater stamina and clone feints.
