Is Raiga cannon now?

On page 14 of 668 is that Raiga sitting on the rock

I was thinking the same thing...

It seems as if... Kishi liked his design. But, in the manga the ressurcted swordsmen was said to be of the latest generation, using th Kiba lightning blades. If Raiga was of a generation behind her, how did he have the swords AFTER the most recent wielder died?

I'd say his actions in the anime aren't, but his character probably is

Everything is canon but it doesn't count till the manga says so.

Presumably this is a sort of powerup for Kisame. He beat the guy who survived 8th gate

If his actions in the Anime arent, then he can have the swords as much as he likes.

Anyway, Maybye the girl was only a 7 swordsman for a very short time, During the timeskip between Part 1 and part 2.

Honestly people who are so dismissive of anime facts should be more open minded, considering kishimotos probably have some collaborative involvement with the anime creators. Think about the anime as an extended version of the manga where they can expand the Naruto universe. I hate fillers but I acknowledge characters and filler story as part of Naruto.

She was apart of the most Legendary Generation of Swordsmen... She'd at the least have to be around and a Swordsmen back before Zabuza's defection.
