HxH vs Naruto

Naruto. HxH,for some reason i just don't like it at all. To me it's like explained dbz,don't know why the f i'm watching it though,even chimera ants arc sucks. King is cell,dammit,there is a thing called inspiration and rip-off,hxh became latter.

Its funny you say that because Naruto copied HxH on many things. And if you don't like it, stop watching it.

OT: I like HxH better all around. The main reason I still watch/read Naruto is because of nostalgia.

The 2 things that ruined Naruto for me:

K11 became useless in part 2, none of their characters were developed in the slightest bit.

The war arc is complete garbage besides a few cool moments.

HxH is definitely a great manga/anime, but good god it takes so many breaks it's not even funny. Naruto has more episodes/volumes but it's just dragging on now, imo.

Hunter X Hunter is the greatest anime I have ever seen, while I think Naruto is the better manga in art. HxH does have a better story overall but the downside is that the anime will catch up to the manga and it might not ever be completed which will cause me to move it below Naruto.

This is just too wrong..Sasuke's character was copied from Kurapika
Chunin exam was copied from the hunter exam
The Akatsuki was copied from the phantom troupe...chimera ants arc sucks?..lol..you don't deserve to watch HxH

Imo, HunterxHunter is in a different level to Naruto and every other anime I've watched (bar One Piece) and there's so many reasons for it. Its story makes more sense, is better thought out, and every single arc is different from the other. Its characters have a large amount of uniqueness and even the smaller villains get whole episodes to shine and show their new abilities. The fights are also sometimes heavily focused around strategy especially the whole tactical large scale attack which Togashi is showcasing in the current arc.

Also Gon's a better main character than Naruto as well. xD

Well i started watching HxH in 2004 and Naruto in 2006 , so from a nostalgia stand point HxH takes it.
But from time spent on the series , Naruto takes it.

As a series however i'll gives it for HxH for consistency , creativity and great story.

But its major downfall is the Hiatus while Naruto's major downfall is the current arc ( so many plot holes and inconsistency )

So its 1-0 for HxH.

Kishimoto was heavenly inspired to a dedicated series of Hunter X Hunter. Also Naruto Part 1 has exceeded and surpassed Hunter X Hunter by leaps and bound, I mean Naruto best arc is Chuunin Exam, while Hunter Exam was only decent arc. The best arc is Phantom Troupe or Chimera Ant Arc as it gets even better and better.

Like seriously, I thought about Hunter, and I`ve gotta say I love Hunter X Hunter, I find it alot better than Naruto mainly cause Kishimoto degraded the Naruto series with the whole Konoha 11 got fodderized in Part 2 especially my favorite character Neji was killed off in the most trollicious way and the War arc is disappointed for the most part. So the quality of the storyline went downhill.

Overall, Hunter X Hunter is without a doubt one of the best series, However I love Naruto series more than Hunter X Hunter mainly because of Nostalgia.

I hate people like you who fail to read properly..did you see what the person I was replying to said?..I never said it was a rip off..first off, he was implying hXh copied naruto and I replied if anything, it was Naruto who copied HxH

Its funny how people say this. The truth is naruto the one shot came out before hunterxhunter and have you ever read the one shot before? I'm guessing you haven't because it almost has nothing to do with the actual naruto story except for naruto having a beast within him. They didn't even have any of the characters in naruto that they have now except for of course naruto. And guess when the naruto we know today came out, 1999 yes, 1999 and Hunterxhunter came out in 1998 a year before Naruto. :heh: How do you feel now.
