Umm... I don't know if you read the Manga but it's been made pretty clear that Tobi is Obito 100% mind,body and soul.

actuallly its not been made clear that tobi is indeed obito...why?..becuz kishi still didn't explain why itachi and kisame believed tobi to be madara...i do read the Manga just like you.....what was revealed was just the simplex part of tobi's mystery "OBITO UCHIHA"..but the complex part is still not yet revealed its uchiha madara and spiral zetsu being in same body with obito..again if you got sence of logic see 1 or 2 of my theories in my channel....(im just trying to help you with your theories befor its too late...tobi is madra controlling obito...the reall tobi will soon emerge)
