Will that damage heal near instantly? **** ya.

Remember that Obito got cut in half and the beasts ripped out of him from a senjutsu attack and he still healed near instantly even though they were essentially ripped out of him.

The taijutsu will have to be absolutely devistating if any enduring damage is going to be done.
