I can bet that Hagoromo is casual continet buster as Ten tails host.

It is even supported by manga as Obito stated Hagoromo used his sworld(nunoboko) to create the world. Of course it doesn't make sense as world existed before so Obito most likely meant Hagoromo literally reshaped THE ENTIRE WORLD/GLOBE after HIS BATTLE WITH JUUBI.

It alone can speak of Complete Juubi's volume power.

Juubi Jin Madara should be casual country buster with at max being continent buster as
Juubi Jin Obito was casual multi-city buster while at max country to multi-country buster.

I made a thread about this before, calculating from the hints Kishimoto left us that Hagoromo is planet level.

We know that by legend, Rikudou Sennin on his deathbed was able to create a moon.

From Nagato's statement, Rikudou used Chibaku Tensei in order to create the moon. What does that mean? It means he literally had to take a large chunk of the earth's continental crust to shape the moon. Now you may be asking, where am I going with this? In order for Rikudou to raise the chunks of the earth to the moons height would require something called Earth's escape velocity. The stone tablet written by Hagoromo himself states that he propelled the moon sized Chibaku Tensei onto the moon. In order for the moon sized Chibaku Tensei to leave earths atmospheres, it would require Earths minimum escape velocity.
