Amaterasu still is a very strong jutsu, but from what we have seen, strong shinobi can counter it with ease.

No doubt, it's probably in the top 5 most dangerous jutsu.

In 1 on 1 battles, without Intel, Amateratsu will most likely rarely fail... sharingan can read/follow substitution users .
If you get hit by it you're pretty much done . Most likely than not.
Amateratsu spreads around if it misses and will engulf the ground, Sasuke could still move those flames around with enton.

But what if it was used on someone like Neji who can use Kaiten? Would Kaiten spin the flames off? Or would it continue and after the chakra wisps go away the flames fall around the user of Kaiten? Im so lost at this LOL
