And also the amateresu argument is a good one but is Itachi really going to zap fire onto a bunch of different kunai individually before Minato starts running? No he is not. When he gets going and spreading kunai the field is his. He could send one off into the distance if he wanted, where Itachi couldn't even see it.

he only needs to control the Amaterasu as he did in his fight vs sasuke. He covered a great deal of the forest almost instantaneously, all he needs is to circle himself using it, here is where amaterasu's properties are of great help that they spread extremely slowly.. Let us say minato is was able to run for the circle of Amaterasu, then what? All distant kunai's will do to minato is help him run away. He can't get near itachi. Sharingan gives colour to chakra he will be able to indentify chakra colour, so unless it was really far,(no benefit) then it won't be of any significance to the match. Best thing minato can get is a draw by running away. If it was intent to kill however, I am confident itachi can win this.

Edit- itachi got backlash from using tsukoyomi only. He was only very slightly weakened from Amaterasu.

^^^ Also this. If you look carefully. Absolutely NO sign of FTG seals/marks. Yet within seconds, Minato got from the Hokage monument to the village walls with pure RAW speed. Then summoned Gamabunta on top of Kurama.

That's why I believe Minato is stupid OP. Even without FTG, he can solo 95% of the Narutoverse with just RAW speed/reflexes + Rasengan alone.
