Blake bolts in front of your clone and then strikes the clone with her sword handle. Then Blake starts delivering several kicks using both her right and left foot hitting your clone in various like your clone's chest and face which then sends the clone into the air. Blake then bolts across to the far off location of the clone and then punch violently into an obstacle dealing more damage.

If I can pull this whole thing off at the end of it I would end it with a Rasengan or chidori and I would use the Super Vibrating Lightning Release Sword Jutsu to add more damage to the jutsu so when I use the handle to hit them they would feel the numbing effect.

Chakra enhanced sword strike to deal more damage via an upwards slash, sending your target airborne. You'll then rapidly leap above them, appearing behind them before you thrust your sword at your target, manipulating the chakra around your sword into a sort of drill motion (spinning) to inflict the maximum damage.

Blake takes out her blade and starts to channels chakra into her blade. When she has enough chakra she then runs towards your clone, slashing him upwards ,with a single hand strike with her left hand, into the air and then jumps into the air and appears above him and Blake then delivers a sharp, drilling slash down upon the clone, impelling him into the ground.

Alright, so as you can see, there are many steps to that jutsu. Now there is nothing to say you have to go through each of the steps; for instance, you could stop after your opponent is airborne (the first slash) and then follow through with another jutsu. Pretty much the same for any multi-step Ken or Tai move, you can stop at any poinnt during the sequence, but you can't necessarily effect the jutsu by skipping to the last step, in this instance the drilling stab to drive your target into the ground.

This next one is similar except you jump and release a blue arc from your sword, spinning to create a circle of blue, cutting chakra around you.

Would use this to deflect tools or jutsus that are coming from multiple directions.

3) Blake starts off by doing 3 hand signs and uses her lightning chakra to create a chidori in her hand. She then channels the chidori into her sword and uses it to produce a superior cutting blade. The then stabs the sword into your clone causing the point of impact in your clone to go numb thus reducing movement agility and eventually dispersing.
Would use this to numb a person and slow down their movements or cut through a person who uses the steel jutsu to coat their body with steel.

You don't actually need any hand seals due to you channelling a Chidori Nagashi along your sword, not an actual Chidori... to yeah, it is much easier to perform, with all the benefits of the lightning's cutting potential and the Nagashi's numbing abilities. This jutsu also chirps, like the other Chidori variants.

I'll only pay Wave of Inspiration as a correct answer. My problem with the other two is that they involve shape manipulation in such a way they become too focused for the Lightning Rod jutsu to effect.

I'd also say the lightning released from the following jutsu could be sufficiently negated using the Lightning Rod Kenjutsu Technique:
