Iv'e seen someone by the name of Bantos i think it is? he has said some things that i really have to ask myself as to why he thinks certain things.

Deidara wins mid difficulty. Tsunade's regeneration prowess is useless against C4 or C3 both of which would end the fight relatively easily. His C2 explosions have a wide area of effect that Sasuke could dodge with his speed and sharingan precog but Tsunade and Sakura don't have this luxury and thus they'll get blown up. Since Deidara was able to get in the air while up against Sasuke, who is much faster than Tsunade or Sakura, he can get up on his bird just fine. Once he does that, there is nothing in Sakura or Tsunade's arsenal that can hit Deidara considering he dodged Gaara's massive sand attacks. Shockwaves from their punches can be negated by Deidara's own explosions and if Tsunade tries to throw Sakura upwards or if Tsunade or Sakura go on top of Katsuyu to jump towards Deidara, they are linear targets that can't move in midair allowing Deidara to blast them with explosive missiles.

The Intel isn't specified, so if they have Intel on his flying tricks, they will just hunt him down with Taijutsu before he uses clay to summon that bird.

Bad match up.
Tsunade's healing would (at best) push Deidara to mid-diff by forcing him to use C3 which i don't think she can survive giving its high explosive nature compared to his regular bombs who can do serious damage. Sakura would hardly be a factor.
The girls best chance would be trying an overwhelming combination of 10% Katsuyu's acid + Sakura/Tsunade charging forward as a distraction and Sakura/Tsunade, catching him off guard by predicting his movements (giving that the battle will last long enough with both girls standing), but this is highly unlikely giving his aerial prowess and speed.
