Madara and Obito in my humble opinion...and According to the manga Sasuke, though that was a plot device, it is still a feat to which he takes credit for. I disagree with Gai being the one to do so. The latest chapter hyped him up so much and he literally did nothing to madara but surprise him. He defended all attack and caused gai to do more damage to himself by opening the gates. Hirudora did nothing so idk where this sudden faith is the jutsu came from.

She can go around the shield and attack at the back of it. Yata Mirror is a shield in Itachi's susanoo left hand so she can just easily attack anywhere around the shield before the susanoo gets a chance to turn.
