a jutsu cant be categorized as reflexes unless it augments reflexes which is a physical attribute such as sage mode or lightning armor of the raikage's that enhances physical capabilities kamui doesnt enhance anything and minato's base reflexes are the highest of any shinobi, he has many times dodged opponents attacks that even came behind him such as killer bee's tentacle and even did it so fast that he was able to place a s/t seal on it...

I think it's not Obito's reflexes that allowed him to react to Minato by using Kamui, but his Sharingan's sight.

Yes that's exactly what we're saying.He baits out his opponents. As seen with minato. As seen with fuu and tortune.

He turns it on b4 either he or his opponent attacks then capitalizes on said opponents surprise.

To counter said opponent throws out a feint( minato throwing a kunai, fuu attacking first b4 torutne)
Learning from previous mistakes (getting hit with minato's rasengan via feint) he just keeps it activated( both fuu and tourtune pass through him and end up hurting each other)

You seem to be misunderstanding how Kamui works.

Obito doesn't need to activate it EVERY time he is attacked, he can do that before he faces his opponent and his body parts get transported automatically and it stays active up to 5 minutes. It's similar to how Izanagi works in that while the jutsu is active, you absolutely can't do anything against him. That's why he was able to massacre the mist ninjas even though he just started using it and that's why Naruto was unable to touch him even with his speed.

Kamui is extremely OP, it's just like fighting a ghost.

IMO, if Obito had both of his eyes and EMS, he would be literally invincible in NV. He may be top 3.
