Lets just for the sake of this thread assume that he didn't "die" during the war and survived, Kakashi never got his eye, and he eventually gets double MS, maybe he kills Rin during that mission instead of Kakashi who knows.

Would he in your opinion be a candidate for Hokage with both Kamui eyes? I mean he would be an untouchable phantom who rips you apart, and it would be fast since they stated with both it is much faster.

Strength-wise, yeah totally. But if he were the one to have killed Rin....oh boy... he would've been even more insane. Plus, who knows how much he could spam that technique without senju cells.

He was always a candidate. The Hokage is someone who loves the village. Obito did. He also likely would have gained a great deal of respect from the people had he kept going.

Hell, even having died he had a shot if he returns after Rin's death. So long as he kept up his spirit that is.

Obito would of had his will of fire intact if he didn't embrace the uchiha's curse of hatred.
Since he was harbored all of naruto's values obito would of been embraced similar to naruto.
The most important part is that he was a uchiha.
A decade before his time the tensions between uchiha and the rest of the village was intense.
Like sasuke obito had the chance to potentially change his clan for the better as a key link to stopping aggression levels between them.

nope he couldnt have because that would mean he would have been part of the village and that would mean the kyuubi attack would have never happened nor would minato's death and minato was fairly young he would be in his late early 40's or late 30's in this current era so he would still be Hokage and obito wouldnt have the chance beacuse he isnt smarter nor better than minato....

He would have been killed by Itachi in the Uchiha massacre regardless.

At requirements yes. He would be powerful enough and he has the Will of Fire. He also would've been the guy to prevent the Uchiha Massacre, no way Obito is standing for that, even if he's still a Jonin at that point.

The question is, would the powers that be in Konoha politics (Danzo and Elders) allow an Uchiha Hokage, since the village was founded on Senju favor and anti-uchiha mentality? Obito could have possibly inspired a revolution had he still been alive, assuming he became prominent in the Uchiha and Konoha communities. This I would've liked to see actually.

Yea possibly, but without Hashirama cells I don't know how strong he would've been. On a side not, kakashi would be nerf'd like hell-even fodderized.

Village never would have allowed it, the elders at least.

Not only would he have been Hokage, he would have ended up being the strongest one ever.
