Also, the guy who could occupy Minato's body guards, a Seven Swordsmen, and the Mizukage in combat when it isn't his specialty is actually a bit above fodder.

Spiral Zetsu hasn't been taken out. The seal mark Orochimaru planted already faded and Spiral got back up.

Black Zetsu is still latched onto Obito so it isn't like he's been taken down yet. He still has the Rinnegan on his half sp is still a large threat.
