i still dnt think so because kamui is as fast as the user thinks it....i was reading a DC comic and Wally West(Flash) was fighting Sinestro and The Flash of course was avoiding everything sinestro did and the flash said to him " whats the matter u cant hit me " sinestro responded by saying " dnt get cocky my constructs are faster than light, the same as you " and flash said " yea but u cant think them fast enough "....well i think that is the case with kamui, and it has been proven when minato teleported, obito had he noticed what minato had did when he did it he would have used kamui but he didnt know minato was gone in that instant so he got flattened, and well that battle was about outsmarting your opponent, and minato ftg is a perfect way to bait someone in and then counter them, now im not saying obito can never avoid it but having a faster kamui only makes a difference on opponents who are less than instant which Godara's speed is less than instant and ftg is instant, u cant get any faster than instant but he could use that to outsmart minato...but then again i honestly think minato wins that same scenario because obito was cocky and young and bold to think he could beat his former master just because he beat some iwagakure fodder shinobi with 1 jutsu, i think minato's genius deserved more respect than that and it was shown why he deserved more respect than what obito gave him
