People who are still saying Itachi is number one, heck, people who are still saying itachi is in top 10 are seriously outdated. He is wise for his age undenaible. His skills in battle are top notch, in part 1 and most of shippuden, yea Itachi was thougt to be top 10. As of late, with new character backgrounds explained, power ups, hidden abilities shown, Itachi has long since been surpassed. Like I said, he is a wise man, and like Shikaku, is a better strategist rather a fighter. Most of his best techs put him at risk of dying or being drained, and would usually only work on someone who is weaker than he.

Here is a top 10 who has either surpassed Itachi, Who is more powerful, or who is at least tied with him IN NO PARTICULAR ORDER
