Well, let's see: BB's YYnM worsks against DFs. Hody doesn't have a DF. Hody's power works with water. With no water, Hody is screwed. Essentially all you've done is handicap Hody to the extreme, so BB wins.

Without water Luffy would fodderize a pilled up Hody so bad it's ridiculous, BB stomps neg dif

You forget that water powers up Hody exponentially but even that isn't that big of an issue, the issue with his fight with Luffy was that water literally cripples DF users, not to mention the anime screwed it up a bit there
