Yes, he's SHisui.
Kushina should have had been revived. She could solo anyone from current generation in Edo form.

you do realize that edo-tensei get all their parts back right? like how nagato had both eyes,and itachi had eyes e.t.c

No, Kushina is not stronger than the tentails even if you give her unlimited chakra. There is chakra capacity so even with unlimited chakra, she can only output so much at any given time.

Anyways, Jiraiya and Shisui can be brought back through the DNA samples found in Obito's hideout. Remember Kabuto asked Obito to hand over Pein's rods and Danzo's body to attempt to revive them but Obito refused.

Nope. They come back the way they were when they died...itachis eyes were taken off after he was dead. As well as nagatos. However nagatos legs didnt work/he was still crippled.... only exception was madara who was brought back young instead of an old guy^^

Nagato's eyes are implants and not his own. He should have been revived without them since it's not his DNA.

Deidara died by being blown up into a million pieces. Why was he not brought back that way?

Sasori died as a container with his DNA in it, so why was he not brought back like that?

Madara died without his Rinnegan and was brought back with the eyes. Do I see inconsistencies with your assumption, Arian?

The summons are brought at the peak of their power. At their prime. All except Madara who was brought past his prime.
