@bold not really while yin yang make up the basis of jutsus its not the same as having yang element or chakra if everyone had chakra zetsus would turn into trees when they hit them.

It is a Kekkei Genkai of the Senju Clan, that only Hashirama is known to possess. He is also the only one (as far as we know) that has BOTH the Earth and Water elements. Wood Release is also something that derived from the Shinju, therefor is isnt like any other KKG out there. it is special.
