I would say water suits him the best. Wind and water is what makes up whirlpools, which is the symbol of the uzumaki so its only fitting. Plus I don't think the other elements suit him.

Probably water. I want to say fire because of Kurama and to strengthen his wind style, but I forget Kurama's fire affinity isn't in the manga and there is no evidence of it either. I could see Naruto having suiton as his second nature because like people said, its basically a symbol for his name.
