Speed is countered by distance (plus A can't fly), and Gaara's sand is faster than what it was during part one. I fail to see how Onoki defeats him, either. Unlike A or Onoki, Gaara can supplement the battlefield to his liking and he can attack whilst defending. A's offense is one-dimensional as well, and Onoki's offense lacks firepower with the exception of Jinton which Gaara can defend against.

Nah. As seen when he tried to use it against Sasuke, Jinton is just too slow. Remember, Obito had the time to go in there and save him. I'm sure there is an instance of it being faster, but I can't recall at the moment. Either way, Gaara is dodging it.

Well it's a battle of speed, Sasuke got his left wing busted and he beat deidara who was flying the whole time.

Ay is the strongest, Dust Release will never catch him. Even Amaterasu is useless against him. Ay is the perfect counter for Gaara. He'll just do a rock Lee and speed blitz his defence in V2, eventually penetrating it and landing powerful blows.

Gaara is the 2nd Strongest, he can match Ohnoki in flight . Ohnoki is too old and puts him at a disadvantage, his back could go any second.

I'd say Ohnoki and Tsunade are tied but I'll pit Ohnoki above her since he's more versatile.

Even though I love Mei the most, she was portrayed as the weakest. Logically she shouldn't be because her kekkei genkai are haxx and her water style trumps Madaras fire style.
