3) Obito (Juubi jinchuuriku)

Tier 2
1) Hashirama

Tier 3
1) Edo Itachi
2) Edo Nagato
3) Obito
4) Kabuto
5) Edo Minato

Tier 4
1) Naruto
2) Orochimaru


Tier 5
1) Pain
2) Kakashi
3) Gai
4) Sasuke
5) Killer Bee
6) Tobirama

Tier 6
!) Hiruzen Sarutobi (God days)
2) Third Raikage

For those who claim that i am wanking over itachi need to understand that he is in EDO from. We have all witnessed him beat kabuto/nagato... against nagato he had some help but at the end it was itachi who Sealed*** him away. Nagato is by far the stronger ninja but Itachi is smarter hence kabuto* Nagato * ect....

It seems that you are overrating Itachi... Your fanboy won't do so much, and I stated that BM=SM Minato would make up to tier 2 as Hashirama, but in this case then what about if I did put Ebisu instead of Itachi?

1st tier is perfect
2Nd tier needs Naruto,Sasuke(2ne,3rd tier),Nagato,Orochimaru and Kabuto
3Rd Tier Needs everyone in 5Tier and its ok
