The only possible thing is if Kabuto heals or revives Gai somehow without ET. That way he will be alive, or maybe heals him with the same thing he is doing to Sasuke, not sure what kind of a medical ninjutsu that is, but if it can heal a pierced heart, it can heal torn muscles.

Sasuke s an uchiha And he is using hashirama s cells to heal sasuke and give him a powerup the same senarion wouldn't work on guy you can't heal his heart you would need to replace it

This has bothered me so much...I hope you guys understand where he was stabbed wasn't his heart directly <_<. If anyone has any sense of anatomy the heart isn't in the center of the chest and If you look in Chapter 662 pg 3 the blade is sticking out of the middle of his back. Madara probably missed his heart by a few or so inches. You also see this when Sakura grabs Naruto's heart, she slices into his side you can see It In Chapter 663 pg 15...So this proves the characters are following basic human anatomy.

Besides If he was stabbed in the heart and the blade was pulled out his death would have been instant. Madara probably wanted him to bleed out and suffer

pearced heart only is actually easyer to heal than all muscles torn in you body..
in real life there is 1/3 chance you will survive being stabbed in hearth

Look at the picture again. The sword goes through his heart first then through the middle of his back.

Please see Chapter 662 pg 3 and you will clearly see what I'm talking about...as you can see the blade is in the very middle of his back. Sorry but just because It LOOKS like he was stabbed in the heart, don't mean he was. You can enter through that area and come out the back, but even just coming in a slight angel you can miss the heart and just nick a vein and that makes more sense..Besides he wouldn't have been able to move or talk, getting stabbed in the heart and removing the blade..It's instant death. Now if a vein was cut or nicked that would lead to him laying there and suffering. Anyone with basic understanding can figure out an entry wound don't always match the exit one. I'm not saying you are wrong, I'm just saying logically It makes more sense.

Why kill someone when you can make them suffer?

It's a mistake. If you look closely at the panel with Sasuke, Lord Madara, and Tobirama you can see the sword is positioned through the left side of his of his back just like where he got stabbed in this scan.

So he did get pierced through the heart.
I don't blame you for thinking he didn't it's Kishis fault but he's only human.
