Naruto *can't* unlock the Rinnegan. Obito isn't giving an eye neither, as it'll crush the balance between Naruto and Sasuke's ongoing rivalry, as well as the whole "Rikudou Sons" thing going on there.

Well there is a theory going around saying that when naruto gets the "pseudo juubi mode" he'll get rinnegan along with it. Why do people think this'll happen? because there's a high chance that the sage awakened rinnegan from being a Juubi jin so they think the same will happen to naruto when he gets juubi powers.
