Nope, she has the sages body, he has the sages eyes, it would be like younger son vs older son, Tsunade wins. Lol. Naruto mostly used brute force to win, what does Tsunade has a plethora of?

Sakura wins low dif. Don't do it boo.

Sakura will push Itachi, and he would most likely use that talked about genjutsu prowess. It would developed her and made her more powerful.

Tsunade wins don't do it.

But this match may be fairly even, mito seems to have chakra on chakra on chakra.
She would win because hashirama knows better
