With the Byakugan, Sakura's poor speed feats aren't catching Neji off guard and Neji has possibly the greatest hand-eye coordination of any character in the manga.

Nobody said that this topic was made for facts, but rather personal opinions and perspectives. But let it be. Even if we discuss this, nobody ever said that Neji would jump right off the bat at Kaiten, so yeah. It's just up to everyone's own mind how they see this fight going down.
