Impossible. He doesn't even know how it works, much less how to master it. He might be able to get an imperfect one(since that's essentially what curse mark is), but he won't be a true sage. I do think that in some way or another, he will gain senjutsu since it's necessary to fight Madara, but true SM is out of the question.

Juugos cells automatically gather senjutsu according to kabuto this means sasuke is pretty much guarenteed a sagemode. And no curse mark is not "essentially" like the toad oil they have no similarities fool.

Part of the healing process may involve nature energy since it is shown that Hashi cells naturally react to it (Juugo making Zetsu grow) Not only that the Juugo cells inside Sasuke passively absorb NE so as long as Sasuke can control it its possible. Also given his experience with CM it may be a somewhat familiar experience.

But here's the thing. It took Naruto days to do that even with enhanced shadow clone training. That would mean it would normally take a week or 2. Sasuke doesn't have that time.

No, Juugo could naturally use Natural Energy as part of his clan, Orochimaru took it and created the Cursed Mark as a watered down Sage Mode form. Its basically a Sage Mode knock off, that can be transferred to anyone.

Just because someone can use the Cursed Seal does not mean they can achieve Sage Mode.

Besides it takes time to master Sage Mode, Sasuke won't magically learn it just from getting Hashi's DNA. Madara knew about it and had plenty of time to learn about it, so he was able to control it quickly.

Skill or no skill training or no training the reality is that its still a strength no matter how they get or do it. Juugos cells gather natural energy the method they gather it grants transformation abilities OFCOURSE HE WILL LOOK DIFFERENT IN V2 Also senju dna allowed madara to seal sm and he said it wasnt even difficult to handle and continued to be in sm long after. YOU are the one with false logic being no different from people saying sasuke isnt stronger than itachi by comparing a PREVIOUS sasuke. This is the same situation sasuke has three different methods of gathering senjutsu contracts with snakes AND hawks yet you still think sage mode is impossible for him even though he has already handled senjutsu perfectly before.

Why would it be ridiculous? Do you know just who the hell they are fighting? He needs more power ups if anything to be a threay to madara.
