As the shadow spins around form the ground it will break pieces of the ground and as it swirls faster would form a vortex of shadows. This would forma defense via whirlwind around me an opponent who is incoming or already in the vincinity would be hit by the shadow whirlwind and sustain damage.

I dropped my Nara long back. And yeah, I forgot about that I was on my phone, so couldn't reply effectively.


All these jutsus require you to manipulate your shadows to materialise them and form needles. Depending on the jutsu description, you need to manipulate it to get the desired results.

i form a lightning clone of my self

Forming the rat hand seal i channel my chakra into my shadow extending it forward. As it extends forward i manipulate the extending shadow to split up into several smaller shadows continuing forward, i manipulate the several shadows to jut out shaped like needles, capable of holding someone in place and impaling them due to the sharpness. once the opponent is held down, i get my lightning clone to run up and slice their head off with a kunai.


forming the rat handseals i channel my chakra into my shadow extending it forward and making it split up into several smaller shadows further manipulated into jutting out like needles thatll hold an opponent. As the person is held down i form the rat handseal once again and make the shadows needles hold the person move closer to me inturn also making the person held down move towards me aswell.


do i have to constantly hold the rat handseal to make the opponent move closer or just move do it once and then make my hands free.

Well, I had shadows for more than a year. Then I felt like I should try something different. So went for Deidara before taking up Hashirama. But I still do miss my Nara bio

One of my favourite.
Create a clone first. Make him use any shadow jutsu. Step on the shadow, and slowly hide yourself in that shadow.

yea man i love this nara bio but i hate how most test bios make you give up HA bios...

and i honestly believe nara bios have been downgraded toomuch they are effective but i am starting o feel some of the handicaps placed, especially when a majority of bios out there are more oped.

im only c rank in ninjutsu cant use shadow clone only elemental variations so i cant use shadow jutsu with the clone. So ill change it up alittle.

Channeling my earth chakra in my mouth, i spit it out as i manipulate the earth into a clone of myself. The clone stands in front of me as i channel my chakra throughout my body and into the clones shadow, which i am standing on. i replicate the feeling of the clones shadow by manipulating the chakra covering my body, converting myself into a shadow as i sink into the clones shadow, effectively hiding me within. As the clone moves around i remain hidden in his shadow.

is what I asked my Shisou originally. Though I didn't exactly get the answer back then, I figured it out eventually.

Now what happens when 2 Naras fight? Technically you both have Shadows mastered. So you're equal. But when both yours and his shadows collide, one of them has to be stronger than the other. How do you decide that? Your ninja Rank.
So now he is two levels stronger to you (or maybe one) which means his shadows can over-power yours.
And idea on how to tackle such opponents?

1) his shadows may be able to resist shadow control but if a jutsu like the shadow sewing pierces him the damage there is still real.

2) Im not sure but i also think if my shadow jutsu is of a higher level s rank vs c rank mine should win.

3) A flashbang behind me should be positive for my shadow and negative for his.

4) Logically... if he is being compressed witihn say the smoke shadow jutsu he shouldnt be able to use a normal shadow jutsu to get out.

But yes, you are correct.

1.True. Shadow needles will pierce him unless he has a proper defense.

2&3. If you want to go by RP logic, this should be your preferences..

• Rank of the jutsu
• Effect of light (Flashbang etc)
• Rank of the Ninja

4. I don't think there is any shadow jutsu that allows you to do that once you're trapped in smoke shadow jutsu. But then you never know xD

Edit: Re-read your battle. And yes, he should've used the same jutsu-Shadow Immitation to get out of it. And since you used Flashbangs, I believe your shadows are stronger. But then again, it all depends on your description, whether you use your shadows to just blind your opponent or even to make your shadows stronger and faster.
