Taijutsu-4.5 FTG is teleportation - Ninjutsu, its not a body techniques, skills. Hes not a master in taijutsu so no perfect 5 for him
Genjutsu-3.5 No feats, nothing, so average score
Intelligence-5 Well, it was alot of people who doubt that he can be kage, plus in this war he did few silly mistakes, so i dont want to give him perfect 5, but Tsunade has it so i have no other choice
Strenght-4 Hes not stronger than Jiraiya but potencially stronger than Oro
Speed-5 OK
Stamina-4/4.5 Only Jinchuuriki can have 5 or beasts like Jiraiya, Minato is not a beast, honestly, plus edo feats are edos.
Hand seals-4.5 I mean he didnt show any impresive feats here, why should i give him 5, just cuz hes the fourth hokage?
Total-35.5/36 Perfect score for him

biggest plot hole ever in the series. Shinobi can fight for two days non stop now yet can't make clones

He can make a small one, make a big one, make one 1-handed, and add senjutsu to his rasengan, and he can use rasengan in Kyuubi mode. If that isn't mastery, I don't know what is.

To be fair, Naruto can only use his clones the way he does due to his large chakra pool. Minato doesn't have that, and if he used clones to aid him every time he uses rasengan to make it stronger, he'd likely run out of chakra a lot quicker.

I'm referring to the fact that Minato's rasengan is a technique that he wasn't able to finish by himself. I'm not bashing him or anything, just because he doesn't master it, doesn't mean he's not good at it, and yes, it's still a very powerful technique.

Haku can do it too but he only has 4, its not a super feat as you think its. When sharingan will not keep up with his hand sign speed then we can talk about perfect 5 here........
