So the following is essentially a splatter of my thoughts of possible skills or abilities Tobirama could potentially showcase. Don't quote me word for word as some of it is just me overhyped by this week and potentially blowing it all out of proportion. Come to this thread with an open mind please, and actually think rationally before you post.
I'll tidy it up and do a redux at some point to make it more concise - it's essentially my OT's from numerous threads re-posted. Anyways, enjoy. We'll find out if I'm right or wrong.

Section One | Chakra natures.
Look closely at that scan, specifically at what Kakashi says. Now while I'm going to focus on Tobirama, you can pretty much extrapolate this to any Kage, even Tsunade.
That is the official Viz translation of the scan (in one translation it says that you absolutely must have more than one.), I'm wondering if the same would hold true for all Hokage, or if it would be an even larger number of natures as the minimum; arguably all people that are Kage are well and truly above Jounin level.
If you think about all the people that are Kage and Jounin that have displayed at least some form of skill in two or more natures it makes it seem more likely:
Hashirama.
Hiruzen.
Kakashi.
Yamato.
Asuma.
Darui.
Onoki.
Mū.
Mei.
Third Raikage (black lightning.)
Jiraiya.
Etcetera. With Tobirama, or in fact any Kage Bushin user in mind, it's even more likely. This is where I zoom in on Tobirama specifically.
Take a look at this:
What can self-perfection be seen as? Elimination of weakness; an example would be, say, Suiton - Tobirama's primary nature, being weak to Doton. A natural way to overcome this flaw would be to learn Raiton, and so on.
In the face of Kage Bushin this would be easily possible.
Kishi has made the Kage Bushin too powerful; theoretically there's no limit to perfecting ones skill. Orochimaru need not even use his immortality technique when he can accumulate a millennia's worth of experience within a few months.
But I digress; considering Orochimaru didn't take advantage of this, I doubt Kishi cared enough to make Tobirama make use of it, even if he created it. I am merely hopefully that Tobirama has used it to some extent.
It isn't that hard to believe, considering Kitsuchi taught the whole alliance a Jutsu, albeit a fodder one, in seconds.
If our good friends Minato and Tobirama were to have extra chakra natures, what do you think they'd be? I imagine Minato has at least Fuuton, and Tobirama has Raiton, or Doton.

Madara has seen the eighth gate, meaning it predates Minato.
So too has Minato.
We know it's a forbidden technique (no, not the fodder that listens to drake.) and Minato probably put it in the seal of scrolls just like he did the Kage Bushin.
Several of the techniques we've seen from it to date are associated with Konoha (Primary lotus.) as well as phrases ("the lotus of the leaf blooms twice") along with Konoha Shinobi being the only people that have shown it off.
I'm gonna throw a curve ball here; look at who rivals Gai and Lee:

People overlook that Kabuto, aside from being the second or third best medical ninja in the series, as well as having Senjutsu chakra to augment his skills, was still talked through the steps by Tobirama. It's interesting to note, considering Tobirama even stated that he had a long-range ninjutsu to bring him back, as well as being able to do so without that aid.
