maybe major plot hole in naruto?

im starting to think that orochi isnt all to smart at all. Orichimaru only wanted sasuke for his eyes and also i heard that he wanted sasuke because he could use the curse mark but my point still stands. It would have been easier to take sasukes eyes and find a new person capable of using curse mark lvl 2. There was no reason for him not to, sasuke under him had the same sharingan. As sasuke said he only beat him at that one point because he was at his weakest so orichimaru had plenty of chances to just take his eyes and transfer them over to a new body every 2-3 years. Theres even a chance that he couldve unlocked ms! i mean sasuke wasnt doing anything so he wouldnt have awakened it.

Even if Orochimaru took the eyes, he would have to be like Kakashi and cover them. It would also be strain on Orochimaru's body because he is non Uchiha. He actually said this to Kakashi in a recent filler episode: "I don't want a fake"

I defend against most cries of "plot holes" and "flawed logic" but this is actually a very good point. Kamui in, kidnap naruto done. Only thing I can think is he was obtaining the jinchuriki in the order they were sealed in and he probably thought he could take naruto on a whim. Still dumb but there you go.

Ehhhh no it's not. It's just the sake of the story. You can literally go to any anime/movie/show and you use real world logic to dictate a way to progress the story and even just end it. Thing is, Oro wanting Sasuke's body began in the early chapters of Naruto. We never knew anything we did now. So it made sense then. That's what matters. There's bound to always be some loopholes in anything you watch haha. Especially over several years of airing. It doesn't mean that it breaks the story.

Besides, given the fact that Oro wanted Sasuke to mature and grow stronger, means the body he is using would pale in comparison if you simply took the eyes instead of taking the Uchiha host plus the eyes.

A non-Uchiha using the sharingan gets easily tired out (Kakashi), so it's best to have an Uchiha body to go with it. And I kind of disagree that he didn't have a reason not to just take them.
