because it is the final arc and the soul society needs every bit of help they can get.

Isshin isn't on the top of my list for most desired bankai, Urahara's, Aizen's and Yoruichi's are the bankai I want to see the most. And the others are just extras that may or may not be interesting.

Urahara, dude, this guy has fought pretty much anyone besides Aizen and won without bankai, if his bankai is so strong as I think, he would end the war in 1 strike
