Tobirama universally gets two fodder Jounin Edo Zombies, one has the feats of that fodder that got killed at the chunin exams, the other has the feats of Omoi.


Kamui can only be used on things that aren't Tobirama. Kakashi is allowed Sharingan hype; I.e, he was shown to copy Doton Domu, therefore he has it, and so on. Tobirama gets Hashirama's medical ninjutsu feats. Dan's soul technique is restricted.

Tobirama cannot go into his gates for any of the matchups.
