Does Tobirama belong in the Top 10?

I ask because I feel like I underrate him a lot, but maybe I'm just not being fair.

Can he more times than not defeat the likes of the Kakashi, The Third Raikage, Maito Gai (7 Gates), Killer Bee or Itachi? I personally don't think he can, but that's just me so take my opinion lightly.

I just wanna know what NB thinks, am I underrating him by putting him in the top 15 or is that fair?

In no particular order, here is my top 15 (sage of six paths doesn't count):

- Hashirama
- Madara
- Obito
- Nagato
- Naruto
- Sasuke
- Minato
- Kabuto
- Itachi
- Kakashi
- Third Raikage
- Killer Bee
- Maito Guy
- Orochimaru
- and then we have Tobirama somewhere in all of this...

there shouldnt be a top ten or 15 or watever because there are people that match better against certain opponents than others someone not in the top ten has a perfectly good chance of beating someone who is due to match up

I agree for the most part, but I think Itachi should be closer to Sasuke on the list than he currently is. And does current Madara count as the SO6P? Because if not, he should be number one.

Most non-Uchiha have no Genjutsu feats anyway and if they do, they're usually pretty useless (aside from Tayuya and Frog Genjutsu).

As for Kakashi FTG>Kmaui. The 3rd....that's a tough one I might have to make a vs thread, Tobirama beat Gai unless 8th gate Gai is amazing. Jiraya loses. Don't be mad that KA Itachi be soloing *****as.​

Screw KA XD... Anyway it's just your opinion, I personally don't consider it apart of his arsenal; however Itachi will alway be in my top 10 so no worries.

The last Tobirama vs Third Raikage thread I saw was in favour of Third Raikagee. What can Tobirama possibly hurt him with, both have similar speeds and reflexes, but damn that Raikage is just too powerful and durable.

With regards to Kakashi, Tobirama doesn't use dozens of marked kunai placed around the battlefield so there are only so many places he can teleport to. Kakashi has the best intel on FTG due to being Minato's student and since Minato's version is more versatile than Tobirama's, it makes things slightly easier for Kakashi. Both have good speed, Tobirama is better but Kakashi's sharingan balances that out. And who says Kakashi needs Kamui, he still has a heck of an Arsenal without MS.
