[Discussion] Try to guest how much time Gai can maintain his 8th gate?

8th gate is an op taijutsu which costing the user life.
As far we could see, Gai 7th gate allow him to almost catching up Jin madara.
Even gaara claimed that it's not a human speed.

I assumed that Gai 8th gate will allow him to have same level of speed and power as Jin madara.

But the problem is how much time he can maintain his 8th gate?
He seem pretty exhausted now with his arm and rib bone have broken.

At 7'Th Gate, Gai had been brutally raped sporting multiple fractured bones and a battered body. Madara also knew the gates, so don't expect much. I'd say depending on his blood level. But it causes a red mist around him. So I'd say 1 to 2 minutes. Also most haven't considered the fact Gai might not be able to use 8th gate to full power and if the manga were to continue I'd say Lee would be able to over come the Gate of Death and use it the way Guy uses 7th gate.

But that's irrelevant.

I assume it's a very short burst of power. The strain on your body is what leads to your death, so taking this into consideration, Gai is already injured + the strain from the Death Gate shouldn't be more than a few minutes. He will have to utilize his time effectively, however I'm sure he'll have a moment before death to say his goodbyes to Kakashi and Lee
