Tobirama wins more times than not,since he has intel I don't think Tobirama is stupid enough to go against 7th gate.He'll most probably avoid the battle with 7th gate Gai and uses different methods like clones and shit to waste time then attacks Gai when Gai turns weak.If he fail to troll Gai tries to fight him head on then Tobirama is dead.

Ok, you mentioned Orochimaru and had me concerned for a second lol.

If guy doesn't get tagged with the ftg mark then he wins, and since they both have full intel I'm leaning towards guy since he will be careful to not get tagged and then he'll go six gates and he won't get tagged cause of the aura around him so he'll fight with six gates a little and then when ever he decides he wants to finish it he'll go seventh gate and defeat tobirama.
