People overlook that Kabuto, aside from being the second or third best medical ninja in the series, as well as having Senjutsu chakra to augment his skills, was still talked through the steps by Tobirama. It's interesting to note, considering Tobirama even stated that he had a long-range ninjutsu to bring him back, as well as being able to do so without that aid.

I wonder if he has a smaller version of Hashirama's healing factor. They are brothers, after all.

Tobirama possessing both the eight inner gates and Medical ninjutsu? I don't know if I can handle this hype.

- It's a forbidden (not the fodder drake fan.) technique.

- Minato created the scroll of seals therefore it must've been sealed inside.

- Madara knew about the eight inner gates therefore Minato never created it.

- It's seemingly an exclusively Konoha technique.

- Tobirama has obsessions with self perfection that rivals Gai and Lee.

Senju fodders probably knew of it and used it. I reckon it was one of the first techniques discovered by shinobi. Madara knew about Red Mist so obviously Tobirama didn't use it, some fodder did.
