I want to make an appointment for my broken headphones but I don't see the option for it...do I even need to make an appointment for it??? If so where do I go??

Um. Just head into your nearest Apple store and go to the Genius Bar.

Usually the workers will replace something, even if it's not company policy, if you're not a ****.

I've had many experiences where they will replace a phone or even a computer with a brand new one.


They replaced my original iPhone 3G 2-3 years after the warranty expired. No applecare either.
